Automatic Laminating machine Features introduction

Correction servo and bottom paper feeding servo all adopt Japanese Yaskawa servo drives, stable performance, high paper mounting precision and low energy consumption.

The touch screen has the functions of storing orders and one-key machine adjustment. Input the paper size, the machine is automatically adjusted in place, with zero error, convenient for starting, and improving production efficiency. The alarm display is clear and more intelligent.

The lamination of corrugated paper and cardboard adopts photoelectric to detect the relative position of the paper and control the servo motor to correct the deviation. The performance is stable, the servo tracking is high, the paper is high in precision and easy to maintain, and the real intelligent deviation correction is realized.

The toothed belt transmission, with high precision, low noise and continuous stability. All rollers are within 5g after dynamic balance correction, and the whole machine has high running stability. Adjusting the pressure of the whole machine greatly improves the speed of order changing, and the digital display of order changing pressure is more convenient and quick, and it can be adjusted directly in one step.

How are cutting dies made?

The development of cutting die technology and manufacturing techniques ensures the most efficient and accurate   die-cut box design . Typically, the package outline is generated by Computer-Aided Design (CAD). This digital drawing is transferred to a piece of hardwood called a template.  The most sophisticated method of drawing the design on the template is to burn it on the wood surface using a state-of-the-art laser cutter.  The introduction of the laser in this process ensures greater accuracy in drawing on the moldboard.  Cutting dies are made using metal strips called rule or steel rule.
