Product Features

C145 machine is a special equipment for die-cutting of high-end color boxes and color boxes, developed by our company in combination with the superior performance of similar products at home and abroad. This machine uses high-strength paper grippers. The advanced opening gripper mechanism can adapt to various types of cardboard and corrugated paper; the front and rear positioning and side positioning mechanisms ensure the accuracy of die-cutting paper. Equipped with high-precision intermittent mechanism; rapid-action pneumatic clutch and pneumatic lock plate. Using programmable controller and man-machine interface, digital display of the machine's working speed, number of processed sheets, and total running time; the machine's fault display makes troubleshooting operations very convenient. The inverter is used to control the main motor, stepless speed regulation, and stable operation. The machine is equipped with sensors and safety devices in many places to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety. Die-cutting pressure can be adjusted separately before and after, manual turning is convenient and labor-saving, and die-cutting without gripping can be performed at the same time.

Lead edge feeding

1. The uniquely designed leading edge paper feeding technology device adopts the non-stop downward suction method, which overcomes the warping of the cardboard caused by the difference in the number of grams of paper in the surface of the temperature and humidity, and makes the paper feeding more smoothly.
2. The machine's unique servo paper feeding system improves the accuracy of paper placement, and the unique motion control program completely eliminates the phenomenon of drawing and scratching.
3. The side baffle device keeps the correct position of the paper stack when feeding the paper.
4. Only input the length of the paper when feeding the paper, and the paper wheel can completely send the paper out.
